Booking and cancellation policy
Cash or cheque will be required at the time of your appointment.
Clients who wish to cancel or reschedule, are required to give 24 hours’ notice, otherwise the full cost of the treatment booked will be incurred.
Payment in full is required for any non-attendance of treatments.
Consultation, health and treatments
For first visits to our clinic, a 15 minute consultation will be added to your treatment time.
Any personal details, both medical and otherwise, will be kept strictly confidential.
Please inform us if you have any health concerns or if you are pregnant.
Treatments are not available for people under the age of 16.
All times given are the actual appointment times, therefore please arrive on time to prepare and relax prior to treatment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
